Sometimes you just need a S’more. Some days you need two, ahem. But then sometimes it rains the whole month of May and all of your wood is wet so you can’t even build a fire to roast those fluffy marshmallows over. I don’t like those days. But, there’s still a way to get decent tasting S’mores! You make them in the oven and it’s super simple.
You’ll need:
Graham Crackers
Hershey’s Candy Bars (or any other kind of chocolate that floats your boat)
Large Marshmallows
A cookie sheet covered in aluminum foil
Break your graham crackers in half and place however many S’mores you want to end up with on your foil covered sheet. Top the cracker with 2-3 squares of chocolate then top that with a marshmallow. Very carefully place the cookie sheet in the oven so your marshmallows don’t roll off. Set your oven to BROIL on LOW. Do not walk away and forget your marshmallows. Not everyone likes burnt marshmallow 😉
They will start to brown pretty quickly, in about 5 minutes. Once they are browned to your liking, carefully pull the cookie sheet out of the oven and smoosh (spell check says that’s not a word. I disagree) the other half of your graham crackers onto your toasted marshmallow. ENJOY!
So easy and so yummy!
Have you made any S’mores lately? Is it raining nonstop where you are?
I wish I had some right now, thanks for sharing at Inspiration Monday!

They are dangerously easy!
Of course “smoosh” is a word! Silly spell check! 🙂
Thanks for the idea. I’m pinning this to my Summer Fun Board!
