Merry Merry!! I am loving the month of December. I enjoy this Christmas to the absolute fullest with decorating, baking and gift giving. Add snow and I’m pretty much the happiest person in the world. Basically, I’m ELF, haha! This week I’ve been doing some baking and I know so many of you have parties you host or parties you go to or just want some desserts to give as gifts. That’s why I thought I’d share my top 5 easy Christmas desserts.
Obviously these Christmas desserts are good year round but they are always so popular this time of year. The best part is they are not crazy time consuming. Prep for all of these is less than 20 minutes and all of them have less than 5 ingredients. I mean, you can’t beat that! Ok, so here are my top 5 favorites!
Christmas Crack
If you haven’t tried this stuff it’s AMAZING. As far as my family goes, this is THE Christmas Dessert!! The name isn’t exactly PC buuuuut it’s called crack for a reason. Once you start eating this stuff you might as well accept that you will keep eating it, gain 47 pounds and need an intervention. It’s THAT good. I actually make this as a gift, put it in mason jars and pass it around to friends and co-workers. They LOVE it!

Brigadeiro
This is a traditional Brazilian delicacy. The brigadeiro is made from condensed milk, cocoa powder, butter and chocolate sprinkles to cover the outside layer. I’ve seen amazing videos of people making these into big “cakes” instead of balls which is kind of awesome but not something I’ve ever tried. These are made with only 4 ingredients, including the sprinkles for the outside of the ball. Get creative with your toppings!!

Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies
Classic Christmas dessert here –> Let’s be honest, peanut butter cookies are DELICIOUS even when they come from a bag at the grocery store! So do yourself a favor and just skip doing this home made and buy the bag. Grab a bag of Hershey’s Kisses while you’re there and voila! Amazing cookies that everyone loves and no one has to know you bought the bag. Follow the cookie instructions on the bag, bake and as soon as you remove the cookies from the oven press an unwrapped (obvs) kiss into the middle of each cookie. Remove from baking sheet immediately.

No-bake Cheesecake
This recipe is Earth Shattering. EARTH. SHATTERING. It’s DELICIOUS!! And you can make it any flavor you want, depending on the flavor of pudding you like.
Decadent Brownies
Following the same vein, box brownies are delicious. And easy. So why make life harder? Buy the box!! Then…..add in your favorite candy bar to the mix before pouring into the baking pan. Yumm!! Twix and Reese’s Brownies are my favorite!!!
